Biography :

Brother Raleigh has 16 years teacing experience in seminary and institute for the Church Education System. He has served as the director of the San Diego Institute for the past 3 years after serving as director for the Northridge Institute for 9 years in the Los Angeles area. He has also served as a district faculty chairman for both the Ventura and San Diego districts. His education includes a BAIS in Education, a Masters in Educational Administration and Policies, and Law School. Brother Raleigh has been married for 28 years and has two children. He is a jovial sort with a love for young adults and chocolate--not necessarily in that order.
