Biography :

Ralph and his wife Tisha were both raised in California and moved to Utah shortly after getting married. There he pursued a graduate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Utah State University. Following graduation they joined the Church Education System where Brother Swiss taught seminary for nine years in the Salt Lake Valley. Brother Swiss was then asked to oversee the facilities and real estate used for Seminary and Institute programs worldwide. He spent the next 19 years in that role, serving at Church Headquarters and traveling all over the world to CES facilities. At the conclusion of his service at Church Headquarters he was asked to teach as in instructor for the Institute of Religion at the LDS Business College, where he served for two years. The past three years he has been the Institute Director at the South City Institute. Brother Swiss and his wife have six grown children, four grandchildren and have served in many Church and community assignments. Brother Swiss' hobbies include anything outdoors especially fly fishing and snowboarding with his sons.
