While Joseph Smith was contemplating what was on the horizon after his first vision, Murray, Kentucky was being settled in 1822. Though the church has grown faster than this little city in Kentucky, more than 50,000 people in the city and surrounding area call Murray home. One of those residences, Patricia Anderson is the Institute Teacher of the 21st Century for Murray State University and has taught a plethora of students over the years.
