Welcome to InstituteWelcome to the S.L. University Institute of Religion. The Spring 2010 Schedule is now on-line. Please register on the web site or in person at the Institute. Fall 2009 PDF Schedule is on-line. Classes began August 24th and end December 11th. You may register in person at the Institute for Fall. ALL Young Adults 18-30 are welcome! Attend LDS Church services in any of 33 on-campus singles or 13 married student wards. Check the Calendar for upcoming Firesides, and Activities. Join an LDS student association - sorority, fraternity, returned missionary, sports, inter-faith, 25-30's, married students, choirs, service committees, more! For your enjoyment the Institute includes a deli, ATM, service corner, game room, treats, library, study areas, open gym and parking. Special off-site classes for Law, Health, Engineering, and Athletic students.

  • Nov-Dec 4th - Poster Designing Contest

    Now - Dec 4, 2009 -
    Poster Designing Contest Entries accepted until December 4. Sketch the design of your idea on a sheet of paper, a poster, on the computer, etc. Drop entry off at the West Office or online at gotinstitute@hotmail.com The purpose of the poster is to invite others to enroll in a class in January. Include the following phrases somewhere on the poster: **“www.ldsces.org/SLinstitute” **“Salt Lake University Institute of Religion, ages 18-30” There will be prizes so be sure to include your Name, Email, and Phone Number on the entry.

    Event: Rivalry Week Food Drive - Date: Nov 13th-25th - Place: Atrium - Description: This year, due to the poor economy, the Utah Food Bank is receiving an unprecedented demand on their resources. They need donations now more than ever before. Help us collect a record amount of food by bringing non-perishable food items to the Institute Atrium. This food drive involves all of campus and leads up to the football game against BYU.
