SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT THOMAS S. MONSON: "If you are a single college student, I ask you to make participation in institute a priority. Married students and other young adults are also welcome and encouraged to attend. Think of it. Friends will be made, the Spirit will be felt, and faith will be strengthened. I promise you that as you participate in institute and study the scriptures diligently, your power to avoid temptation and to receive direction of the Holy Ghost in all you do will be increased.   • Institute Credit and Transfer Credit

    Institute credit will be awarded to any student who maintains 75% attendance and completes all course work. To be able to receive transfer credit to BYU a declaration of intent must be made within the first three weeks of class and extra work and a final exam must be completed.

  • Did you know you can graduate from Institute? (Attachment)

    Sure, you love to be here and enjoy the Spirit! But, did you know you can receive recognition for all your hard work? Better yet, you can still attend after you graduate and work towards another level of recognition! Graduation ceremonies are held once a year, in the Spring (April).
